Times get crazy, schedules get hectic…we absolutely LOVE being at the studio with all of you gorgeous women. So much in fact, we forgot about our blog! Oh our forgetful minds, please forgive us for the delay in updates. You’ll be pleased to know we’re on it!

Strapping on stilettos can really add a lot to the experience of pole dancing. Don’t know what it is…but something about them just makes you really feel sexy. Not to mention they do amazing things for that booty you’ve been workin’ on!
